The Direct Resourcing Think Tank

The Direct Resourcing Think Tank (DRTT) is a unique online and face-to-face networking group that allows senior corporate Human Resourcing professionals to exchange ideas and discuss topical challenges and resourcing best-practice.

 

Since inception in December 2008 the group has rapidly grown to nearly 300 members and expanded from its origins in London to holding regional events, hosted by its members across the UK. Members include Human Resource Directors, Heads of Resourcing and Staffing Directors from the UK’s most prestigious companies.

 

Each event is limited to a maximum of 15 participants to ensure a high degree of interaction amongst the group. This approach has been adopted to create an open discussion environment rather than the more traditional conference approach, typically associated with this style of event. This ensures all participants gain answers and insights into the particular questions and issues affecting them and their respective businesses. Members typically attend 2 to 3 events per year enabling them to build their personal networks and brand.
